Step 1 — Apply Before Sun Exposure Apply the lotion generously to all exposed areas of the face and body at least 15 minutes before going outdoors. Unlike chemical sunscreens, mineral formulas begin working immediately — but 15 minutes ensures optimal even coverage.
Step 2 Use Enough Product For the face, use a generous fingertip-length amount. For full body coverage, use approximately one shot glass (30ml) worth. Never under-apply it reduces SPF effectiveness significantly.
