Return Policy
We have a 12 hour window for Replacement and/or Return policy ONLY if the product you ordered is received broken or damaged at the time of delivery. Any problems must be reported within 12 hours of receiving your order. In the unlikely event that a product is broken or damaged upon arrival then replacement/refund will be issued after broken/damaged item has been received by Makeup 4 U. If your order is being delivered by Leopard Courier or TCS then the package must be paid for first and then it can be opened and checked. The courier service will not allow you to open the parcel due to their policy with regards to COD (Cash on delivery). However if there is any discrepancy or damaged item in your order you should email us within 2 hours of delivery of your order.
Please note and make sure that when returning items back to MAKEUP 4 U the product/item must be in the same condition including products original box/packaging/accessories as they were at the time of delivery. If there are any changes made to the item or if there are missing parts/items or if original packaging is not included then replacement warranty will become void. MAKEUP 4 U has the right to disapprove any Returns/Replacement//Warranty claims if the item is damaged, altered or modified in any way due to misuse, abuse, attempt to alter the condition/appearance of the item.
