Return Policy

We have a 12 hour return and replacement policy in which you are able to check if the product you ordered is broken or having any manufacturing fault at the time of delivery. Any problems must be reported within 12 hours of receiving item. In the unlikely event that a product is broken upon arrival then replacement will be issued after return of the broken item. If your order is being delivered by Leopard or TCS then the package must be paid for and received before it can be opened and checked. The courier service will not allow you to open the parcel due to their policy with regards to COD (Cash on delivery). However if there is any discrepancy or damaged item in your order you should email us within 2 hours of delivery of the item.

Please note and make sure that when returning items back to MAKEUP 4U the product/item must be in the same condition including product box/packaging/accessories as they were at the time of delivery. If there are any changes made to the item or if there are missing parts/items or if original packaging is not included then replacement warranty will become void. MAKEUP 4U has the right to disapprove any Returns/Warranty claims if the item is damaged, altered or modified in any way due to misuse, abuse, attempted to alter the condition/appearance of the item.
