1. Use in the evening only. Cleanse your face first.
2. Apply the serum in small dots where needed around your face.
3. Gently smooth it onto your skin until thoroughly absorbed. Avoid your eyes, and if the serum gets in them, rinse thoroughly with water.
4. Follow with your moisturizer.
5. Start slowly and build up to daily use, as skin needs time to get used to retinol. A slight tingling at first is normal. If it is prolonged or unpleasant, stop using it and consult a physician.
6. Every morning, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen, because retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun.
7. External use only. If skin irritation occurs, wash the product off and consult a physician.
