Directions
To use the CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus Eye Pencil, first remove the cap. Then, gently twist the pencil to expose the tip. Position the pencil at the base of your upper lash line and glide it along for a precise line. If you prefer a softer look, use the built-in smudger tip to blend. After use, twist the pencil back down to prevent the tip from drying out. Remember to replace the cap to avoid damaging the pencil.
